This caught my eye on the road from Riquewihr to Colmar. Idyllic countryside.

Vimy Flag

A Canadian flag flapping in the wind at the Canadian Cemetery No.2 in Vimy. A sombre location, which is the final resting place of over 2,950 Commonwealth servicemen who died during the Great War. A moving place to visit and pay respect to some of the many who made the ultimate sacrifice during the Great War.
